Effect: Maintaining a constant set temperature during curing of polyurethane foam due to tubes made of metal with high heat transfer, located close to the forming surface and repeating the geometric contour of the product. The essence of the utility model: A mold containing a frame, a bottom and a cover pivotally connected to the frame is provided with metal tubes with high heat transfer, for example, copper. Metal tubes are attached from the inside to the frame, and also pass through holes made in the lid and frame above the bottom, repeating in the number and direction of each other. The frame, bottom and cover are internally provided with a rigid coating of a polymer material with a filler. The exposed surfaces of the hard coating in the bottom frame are sanded. Metal tubes are connected by elastic hoses to a coil for circulation of a heat carrier after pouring liquid polyurethane foam into a mold. After pouring, the mold is closed by a lid, and water heated to 35-60 ° C, depending on the technical requirements, is supplied to the coil, providing a constant temperature regime inside the mold during curing of polyurethane foam. The made polyurethane foam products are of high quality.
