| abstract | The proposed bandage is made of breathable material - elastic mesh 1 and contains reinforced metal corset plates 2, placed vertically in the back of the bandage. The claimed bandage differs from the known device in that an additional fixing screed of three elastic bands 3 is inserted into it, fixed sequentially in the middle of the back of the bandage and covering the spine in the region of the lower thoracic vertebrae, lumbar and sacral parts. The screed is equipped with a hook part 4 of the Velcro fastener. The front parts 5 and the back of the bandage are made of a three-layer fabric, consisting of an internal elastic knitted mesh, a thin layer of porous foam and an outer mesh. Outside, on the front parts of the bandage, several rows 6 of the hinge part of the Velcro fastener are measured to fix the ends of the tapes 3 of the fixing coupler and fasten the front parts, one of which is provided with a hook part 7 of the fastener at the end. In addition, the central part of the back of the band can be extended, to the upper edge of which two wide long straps 10 can be attached, and the central corset plates 9 are also extended to the upper edge of the back of the band. |
