titleOfInvention COMPRESSION PLATE FOR FIXING SKIN TRANSPLANTS IN PLASTIC SURGERY IN ORBITAL AND PARAORBITAL REGIONS
abstract The utility model relates to the field of medicine, namely, to a compression plate for fixing skin grafts during plastic surgery in the orbital and paraorbital areas, as well as in other parts of the skin. The objective of the utility model is to create a compression plate for fixation of skin grafts during plastic surgery in the orbital and paraorbital regions, which allows to improve the healing conditions when using it, by ensuring adequate fit and fixation of the skin graft to the underlying tissues of the defect zone, and to exclude the use of a pressure dressing for visualization of observation for the engraftment process, to ensure that an optimal postoperative scar is obtained, even if Ia oblique and perpendicular cuts relative to Langer lines to create optimum conditions postoperative drainage space, remove a high load on the edges of the wound area displaced using skin graft, and to provide the preparation with maximum functional and cosmetic effect. A compression plate for fixing skin grafts during plastic surgery in the orbital and paraorbital regions, made of a polymer material, the distinguishing feature of which is its elastic-elastic form in the form of a triangle, square, rectangle or pentagon with rounded corners, the holes are made along the entire plane, the length and the width of the compression plate selected from 6 to 12 mm, and as a polymer materialn n n a biocompatible and biostable material based on oligocarbonate methacrylate or polymethyl methacrylate was used. In this case, the compression plate is made of a hydrophobic or hydrophilic material. Moreover, the holes for fixing the skin graft are made on its entire plane round, oval, elliptical, square or hexagonal. In this case, the compression plate is made 0.12-0.65 mm thick. The distance between the sides of the square or hexagonal holes of the compression plate is selected from 0.3 to 1.0 mm. The diameter of the round holes of the compression plate is selected from 0.3 to 1.0 mm. In this case, the compression plate further comprises a hydrophilic coating based on collagen, hydrogel, etc., applied before fixation on the skin graft, containing the drug substance. Moreover, the compression plate further comprises a drug substance applied before fixation to the skin graft.
