titleOfInvention | TUBULAR ELECTRIC HEATING ELEMENT |
abstract | 1. Tubular electric heating element containing a protective tube, inside which a heating spiral is installed in the filler, and an end insulator sleeve hermetically connected to the tube with spiral current leads, characterized in that the filler is made in the form of at least two cylindrical shells coaxially located with a gap between each other made on the basis of mica-containing material, while the outer diameter of the larger shell is equal to the inner diameter of the tube, the spiral is located in the gap between the shell glasses, its current outputs are made in the sleeve at diameters close to the diameter of the spiral and the inner diameter of the smaller shell, and the sleeve itself is partially placed in the tube. 2. An element according to claim 1, characterized in that it is equipped with an electric switch, and the spiral is made of separate sections, the current outputs of which are connected to the latter with the possibility of switching in parallel or in series, or mixed. An element according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the tube is made of steel, and the end face of the tube, free from the insulating sleeve, is rolled and welded. The element according to claim 1, characterized in that the protective tube is made of secondary plastic. |
