abstract | FIELD: car accessories.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition for the manufacture of removable floor mats. The composition for the manufacture of an injection-molding car mat contains: polypropylene, synthetic rubber with a styrene content of 32-35%, calcium carbonate with an average particle size of ≤ 9 microns and a degree of hydrophobicity of ≥98%, mineral oil, oleamide, steam generator 980 MB 120, antioxidant ADK STAB AO-50, UV stabilizer, antioxidant Rianox 1135, flame retardant ADK STAB FP-2500S. At the same time, the ratio of polypropylene: synthetic rubber: mineral oil is chosen equal to 1:1.5:2. The composition is subjected to extrusion in a twin-screw extruder at a temperature of 190-210°C with continuous dosing in the specified ratio of the main components: oil, rubber, calcium carbonate, polypropylene, loading the necessary additives with subsequent granulation.EFFECT: increase in the service life of the mat is achieved.1 cl, 9 tbl, 7 ex |
