abstract FIELD: firefighting.SUBSTANCE: proposed technical solution relates to swelling-type fire protection systems and is intended, e.g., for fire protection of cabling, including that at nuclear power plants (NPPs) and thermal power plants (TPPs), increasing the fire resistance limit of load-bearing metal structures, increasing the fire resistance limit of ventilation ducts, cables, and cable lines, including those at NPPs and TPPs, finishing fire-resistant structures of industrial and construction facilities, including those at NPPs and TPPs. The technical problem solved by the claimed invention is the creation of a fire protective swelling cold-curing composition for metal structures, exhibiting increased adhesion to metals and various primer coatings, the coked foam formed during the heating whereof has an increased mechanical strength in the event of a fire compared with known compositions.EFFECT: increase in the mechanical strength of the coked foam formed during the heating of the fire protective cold-curing composition, as well as increase in the adhesion of the composition to metal and various primer coatings.9 cl, 47 ex
