titleOfInvention | Method for obtaining dosed coated form |
abstract | FIELD: pharmacy. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of pharmacy, namely to a method for obtaining a dosed form containing at least one pharmaceutically active ingredient, wherein the method includes following stages: (i) addition, in order, the first powder layer, the second powder layer and the third powder layer to a press mold to provide a billet of the specified dosed form, wherein the first and the third powder layers contain a surface-stabilizing agent, and the second powder layer contains at least one activator and a pharmaceutically active ingredient, where the activator has Q value of less than 75; and the surface-stabilizing agent has water solubility from 19 to about 48 MPa 1/2 ; (ii) application of energy of radio-frequency radiation in the range from about 1 MHz to about 100 MHz during a sufficient time period to the billet of the stage (i) for preliminary binding of at least one activator in the dosed form; and (iii) application of heating to the billet of the stage (i) during a sufficient time period for stabilizing the dosed form (options) and to an oral dosed form. n EFFECT: solving problems of brittleness, fragility and chipping of the resulting dosed forms. n 19 cl, 8 tbl, 8 ex |
