FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to provide heat removal from radiators, integrated circuits, semiconductor equipment, and other products of radioelectronic equipment. Dielectric heat-conducting paste based on silicone oil contains aerosil and a heat-conducting inorganic filler in the form of homogeneous particles of aluminium nitride 3 to 7 mcm in size.
