Also proposed is a Yst-pGAP3tcGFP strain of methylotrophic yeast P.pastoris, produced by transforming cells of methylotrophic yeast P.pastoris of the GS115 strain, for producing a marker recombinant protein GFP containing said recombinant plasmid DNA inside the cells.
