FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for decomposing a petroleum-based plastic polyformaldehyde material (POM) using a biomass. The proposed method includes the stages of: uniformly mixing alcohol produced from the biomass, polyformaldehyde and a catalyst in a solvent and sealing the mixture; wherein the catalyst is selected from H 2 SO 4 , Cu(OTf) 2 , In(OTf) 3 , Zn(OTf) 2 , Co(OTf) 3 , Ni(OTf) 3 , Cd(OTf) 2 , Tl(OTf) 3 , Cr(OTf) 3 , Fe(OTf) 3 , Zr(OTf) 4 , K(OTf), Li(OTf), Ca(OTf) 2 , Mg(OTf) 2 , Nd(OTf) 3 , Ce(OTf) 3 , Y(OTf) 3 , Yb(OTf) 3 , La(OTf) 3 , Er(OTf) 3 , and the solvent is selected from methanol, butanol, isopropanol, tert-butanol, acetone, ethyl acetate, cyclohexane, isooctane, dichloromethane, dichloroethane, chloroform, carbon tetrachloride and DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide), and mixing and heating the sealed mixture to 40°C to 100°C to execute the reaction for 2 to 8 hours, cooling the reaction product to room temperature naturally, and isolating the product. n EFFECT: effective method for decomposing petroleum-based POM. n 6 cl, 4 tbl |
