Presence of oxygen support, the concentration of D-dimers in the blood, the concentration of C-reactive protein in the blood and the length of therapy are determined. After that, calculating the prediction value of the risk of fatal outcome in the patients with the severe and moderate course of COVID-19 during the preventive anti-inflammatory therapy P according to the original formula, if P≤19.3 %, the probability of patient’s death is determined as low, if P≥19.4 %, the probability of patient’s death is determined as high.EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy of prediction of risk of lethal outcome in patients with severe and moderate course of COVID-19 during preventive anti-inflammatory therapy.1 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl |
