FIELD: coating materials. n SUBSTANCE: objective of the present invention is to offer a product, in particular a coating material capable of preventing icing and/or snow sticking. This product includes the first oil component, the second oil component and the first polymer precursor, which is the precursor for the polymer component. The first polymer precursor containing the first and second oil components is vulcanized to form an oil-containing polymer layer comprising the first and second oil components and a polymer component.
