abstract | FIELD: technological processes.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to development of low-temperature gas-generating solid fuels for gas generators of various purposes. Gas-generating solid fuel contains nitrocellulose, a plasticizer, a chemical resistance stabilizer — centralite or its mixture with diphenylamine, a complex combustion rate regulator, process additives and a combustion stabilizer. Plasticizer is triacetin. Complex combustion rate regulator is a mixture of iron (II) oxalate and technical carbon or iron (III) oxide and technical carbon. Combustion stabilizer is titanium dioxide. Process additives are industrial or instrument oil and zinc stearate and/or sodium stearate. Fuel additionally contains a coolant — azodicarbonamide or hydrazodicarbonamide, a reinforcing additive — fluoroplastic, an oxidizing agent — potassium nitrate, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: nitrocellulose 15–35, plasticizer 8–22, chemical resistance stabilizer 0.5–3, complex combustion rate regulator 1–10, combustion stabilizer 0.01–2.5, process additives 0.5–1.5, coolant 4–25, reinforcing additive 0.1–2, oxidizing agent — the rest.EFFECT: providing ecological cleanness of the composition and combustion products, reducing the temperature of combustion products, increasing the level of gas efficiency, reduced content of condensed phase and explosion hazard of composition, id est sensitivity to detonation and mechanical effects, specified level of combustion rate, operability in wide range of pressures.1 cl, 1 tbl |
