abstract FIELD: biotechnology. n SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of biotechnology, cytology and virology, in particular to the testis cell line Testis Capra hircus (TCh), intended for reproduction of viruses when producing viral material, used for making diagnostic and preventive veterinary biopreparations. Presented TCh cell line is obtained from a monolayer transplantable subline YDC-04 as a result of prolonged passage in a growth medium of the original composition PSP + 199 with addition of 10 % lanthanide-treated bovine blood serum. TCh culture is deposited in the Specialized collection of cell cultures of the Centre for Collective Use Collection of Vertebrate Cell Cultures of the Institute of Cytology of the Russian Academy of Sciences under number RKKK(P) 796 D. n EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a culture of goat cells with increased and more stable rate of sieving and reliable reproduction of viruses of smallpox of ruminants, plague of small ruminants and infectious nodular dermatitis of cattle. n 6 cl, 15 dwg, 6 tbl, 7 ex
