| abstract | FIELD: biotechnology. n SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of biotechnology, cytology and virology, in particular to the testis cell line Testis Capra hircus (TCh), intended for reproduction of viruses when producing viral material, used for making diagnostic and preventive veterinary biopreparations. Presented TCh cell line is obtained from a monolayer transplantable subline YDC-04 as a result of prolonged passage in a growth medium of the original composition PSP + 199 with addition of 10 % lanthanide-treated bovine blood serum.
