titleOfInvention Method for treating popliteal artery aneurysm
abstract FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to vascular surgery, and can be used in surgical treatment of aneurysms of popliteal arteries. Performing false aneurysm ligation, a proximal portion of the popliteal artery is separated by an access in the lower one-third of the thigh along the Ken's line; a distal portion of the popliteal artery with a tibiomedial approach in an upper one-third of the shin. Sequential anastomoses of linear allograft and popliteal artery are formed. For popliteal artery prosthetics, popliteal artery allograft is used, which is taken from a posthumous donor during multivisceral sampling and conditioned in a solution for cultivation of cell structures Roswell Park Memorial Institute 1640 with addition of gentamycin at concentration of 400 mcg/ml and fluconazole at concentration of 20 mcg/ml at a temperature of +4°C.EFFECT: method enables improving the results of the surgical management of the patients with popliteal artery aneurysms: avoiding thrombotic complications, developing critical and acute limb ischemia, preserving the limb.1 cl, 2 dwg, 1 ex
