abstract FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry and can be used in the manufacture of food disposable tableware-packing, which is completely decomposed in natural conditions. Disposable food tableware-packing consists of water, main structure-forming agent and plasticizer. Main structure-forming agent used is starch dissolved in citric acid, fish gelatin obtained from substandard fish raw material, and waste paper mass in the form of pulp with moisture content of 10–15%. Plasticizer used is glycerin.
