abstract | FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmic surgery. Anterior capsulorrhexis is performed, iris-capsular retractors (ICR) are installed, the nucleus of the lens is divided by the phaco chop method, the fragments are emulsified, and an intraocular lens (IOL) is installed. After performing anterior capsulorrhexis and installing the ICR, the nucleus is removed into the anterior chamber, lowered into the iridian plane. After that, the IOL is implanted into the capsular bag through the main incision and the upper part of the pupil, and the nucleus is divided into two halves. Half of the nucleus is then divided into two more fragments, consecutively emulsified.
