Claimed sanitary appliance comprises bearing body (2) having at least partially polished surface and outer coating (3) applied on said polished surface. Bearing body (2) consists of first composite material (4) of filled polymer binder matrix (6) containing at least one filler in form of hollow glass beads (7), and outer coating (3) is made of second composite material (5) of polymer binder matrix (10) filled with at least one filler, which does not contain hollow glass balls.EFFECT: invention enables to manufacture and properly process on the surface, in particular to polish, a sanitary appliance, so that a very smooth surface can be obtained, on which there is corresponding microporosity due to grinding of hollow glass beads, at that, porous structure is completely closed due to application of external coating.23 cl, 3 tbl, 4 dwg
