FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to the use of milk or dairy products with increased content of beta-casein option that does not lead to the formation of beta-casomorphin-7 (hereinafter – BCM-7), when cleaved in the intestine of the specified human, to improve the cognitive function and to prevent cognitive disorders in a healthy human.
