abstract | FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics. n SUBSTANCE: present invention provides an oral oil-free super-supersaturated self-emulsifying drug delivery system (SNEDDS) for pharmaceutical compositions containing hydrophobic natural active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), emulsifiers/co-solvents and a stabilized aqueous phase. According to the present invention, SNEDDS demonstrates improved drug loading capacity, self-emulsification, improved stability and bioavailability.
