titleOfInvention Method for producing foam silicate
abstract FIELD: physical processes.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for recycling ash and slag waste producing foam silicates used in the building industry as a non-flammable sound and heat insulation filler, filtering material. The method for producing foam silicates includes loading coal with a charge into a furnace, melting the charge in a reducing environment, preliminarily bringing the content of SiO2/CaO in the initial charge to a mass ratio equal to an interval of 1 to 2 in a bubbling slag melt in a Vanyukov furnace with a two-zone structure, dividing the process into a melt production zone and a zone of deep restorative melting of soot and slag wastes, created due to the additional enrichment with coal and supply of air and oxygen blast into the lower layers of the melt, followed by cooling the silicate melt in the heat pulse mode by discharging into water, wherein a substance of ozone 0.1 to 0.4 g/m3depending on the volume of the blast is added to the air and oxygen blast supplied to the melt and to the above-melt area, wherein ozone is supplied into the melt into a channel formed by a jet of air and oxygen blast in the melt, and additional enrichment is executed with soot coals. The invention is developed in the dependent claim of the invention.EFFECT: creation of a comprehensive environmentally safe and energy-efficient technology for producing foam silicates, waste disposal.2 cl
