titleOfInvention Method for continuous accelerated composting of organic wastes
abstract FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, biotechnology and ecology and can be used to produce organomineral fertilizer from any organic wastes. Working mixture is prepared, which includes crushed wet organic wastes, a dry carrier and a complex of trace elements in form of an aqueous solution of iron, manganese and molybdenum salts as an activator. Additionally, quicklime is added. Working mixture is loaded into the fermenter, fermentation is carried out while feeding the oxygen-containing gas into the mixture and the finished fertilizer is unloaded. Horizontal fermenter with a mechanism for stirring and moving the working mixture along the fermenter is used. Before loading the working mixture into the fermenter, one-time previously prepared organic fertilizer is loaded into it and then loading the working mixture in portions with simultaneous mixing and movement of the working mass along the fermenter and holding the working mass between loading operations until its temperature is increased and for 24 hours to perform fermentation. Finished fertilizer is unloaded in portions after filling the fermenter with the working mass along the entire length at loading each subsequent portion of the working mixture and moving the working mass along the fermenter. First portion of the finished fertilizer is unloaded on the fourth day.EFFECT: invention enables to obtain compost with specified properties in terms of moisture content, content of nitrogen and humic acids, decontaminated from mycotoxins, pesticides, weed seeds and pathogenic microflora, simplify the composting process, increase the efficiency of the process and the rate of processing the organic mass, reducing the total time of process to 3 days.1 cl, 2 ex
