FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to transplantology. Risk prediction method early cadaveric liver dysfunction consists in washing the liver transplant with normothermic 0.9 % sodium chloride solution in amount of 1,000 ml with subsequent determination of concentration of potassium (K + ) and concentration of glucose (Glu) in the obtained washing liquid before starting blood flow. Then coefficient (C) is calculated by formula: C=Glu/K + and if C<1, in the recipient the risk of early graft dysfunction is predicted. n EFFECT: method enables determining the liver transplant condition with subsequent prediction of its functions, as well as provides higher accuracy of predicting the risk of early hepatic transplant dysfunction. n 1 cl, 3 tbl, 3 ex |
