abstract | FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for producing particles of lysine acetylsalicylate-glycine, including stages of a) providing a solution of acetylsalicylic acid in ethanol; b) providing an aqueous solution of lysine; c) combining solutions from stages (a) and (b) to obtain a mixture; d) mixing the resulting mixture; e) adding acetone to the mixture; f) incubating the mixture with the possibility of the formation of a product of acetylsalicylic acid lysinate; g) isolating the product of acetylsalicylic acid lysinate; wherein acetylsalicylic acid is used in excess relatively to lysine, and wherein seed crystals are not added to the mixture; and h) providing recrystallized glycine, where glycine is recrystallized using following stages: h1) dissolving glycine in water; h2) adding acetone to the glycine solution; h3) mixing the resulting mixture until a precipitate is obtained; i) combining recrystallized glycine from the stage (h) with the product of the stage (g) acetylsalicylic acid lysinate with the production of lysine acetylsalicylate-glycine particles (LASAG).EFFECT: improved synthesis of lysine acetylsalicylate-glycine particles.15 cl, 9 dwg, 1 tbl, 4 ex |
