titleOfInvention | Pharmaceutically acceptable acetyl-(d-lys)-lys-arg-arg-amide peptide salts |
abstract | FIELD: biochemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biochemistry and pharmacology, in particular to the pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the peptide acetyl-(D-Lys)-Lys-Arg-Arg-amide, as well as to pharmaceutical compositions that contain it. An acetyl-(D-Lys)-Lys-Arg-Arg-amide peptide salt selected from hydrochloride and phosphate salts is proposed. The salt of the present invention is soluble in water at a concentration of at least 1%, which makes it possible to obtain a solution for the preparation of a drug with greater stability during storage than the previously known acetate salt of the peptide, does not have a pronounced sharp or unpleasant odor and is suitable for the preparation of a drug for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease and depression in the form of a dosed nasal spray. n EFFECT: expansion of the range of medicines against Alzheimer’s disease. n 7 cl, 5 dwg, 1 tbl, 3 ex |
