abstract FIELD: biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology and can be used in agriculture. The method for fighting pathogenic fungi, oomycetes and/or bacteria of agricultural crops and/or seeds involves producing a cellular extract of one or more microscopic algae of the Amphidinium genus by collecting fresh cells of one or more microscopic alga(e) of the Amphidinium genus at a concentration of cells from 5∙104cells/ml to 5∙106cells/ml, optionally freezing and/or lyophilising said cells and resuspending said lyophilisate or said fresh or frozen cells in an inorganic or organic solvent at a mass ratio from 1:200 to 1:50. The produced cellular extract of microscopic algae of the Amphidinium genus comprises amphidinol 18 or amphidinol 19, preferably amphidinol 18, and is applied to the agricultural crops and/or used to coat said seeds.
