abstract | FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to the field of obstetrics and gynecology and assisted reproductive technologies. In the embryo transfer cycle in the cryo-protocol, when the endometrial thickness reaches 7 mm or more, the progesterone drug is prescribed twice. At the same time, on the first and third days of taking the progesterone preparation, plasma enriched with platelets in the volume of 0.8-1 ml is injected intrauterine with a catheter for insemination into the uterine cavity, without reaching the uterine fundus.EFFECT: method increases the effectiveness of assisted reproductive technology programs, namely, the onset of clinical pregnancy in a cryo-cycle, in patients with unsuccessful attempts to transfer embryos in anamnesis due to the effects of autoplasma components on the processes of inflammation and repair of endometrial structures.1 cl, 1 ex |
