titleOfInvention Method for surgical treatment of patients with transsphincteric and extrasphincteric anal fistulae applying a bioplastic material
abstract FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to colorectal surgery. A submucosal-mucosal flap is separated by 1/3 of the circumference of the anus 1 cm above the internal fistular opening transsecting the fistular passage, followed by treating the internal fistular opening using an electrocoagulator and a Volkmann curette. The defect of the internal fistular opening is sutured with a Z-shaped suture from the side of the submucosal layer. Plasty of the internal fistular opening is performed using a bioplastic material "Tachocomb" from the side of the submucosal layer overlapping the size of the fistular opening by 0.5 cm from all sides and fastened to the submucosal layer with 3 to 5 separate interrupted sutures.EFFECT: method reduces the amount of post-operative complications and relapses of the disease compared to the traditional methods for surgical treatment, improves the results of treatment of patients, additionally protects the wound surface.1 cl, 3 dwg
