titleOfInvention Method for manufacturing filtering rods from a pla bundle with low resistance to draw for reducing the smoking temperature
abstract FIELD: filtering.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a filtering rod made of a PLA bundle and to a method for manufacture thereof. The method for manufacturing filter rods from a lactic acid bundle with low resistance to draw for reducing the temperature of smoking includes the following stages: A: preparing a mixture of materials with a variable phase state, wherein polyethylene glycol-400, polyethylene glycol-1000, polyethylene glycol-1500, water and stearic acid are mixed at a mass ratio of 10 to 30:15 to 40:10 to 50:10 to 20:5 to 10 to produce said mixture of materials with a variable phase state; B: preparing materials with a variable phase state containing flavouring substances, wherein the flavoring substances are mixed with the mixture of materials with a variable phase state produced at stage A at a mass ratio of 10 to 70:35 to 85, followed by adding the resulting mixture into a sealed water bath, heating and dissolving at a temperature of 60 to 80°C while stirring and maintaining at a temperature of 90°C to produce a solution of said material with a variable phase state containing a flavouring substance; manufacturing filtering rods with delayed release of the flavouring substance, wherein the solution of a material with a variable phase state containing aromatic substances, produced at stage B, is sprayed onto PLA bundles of the filtering rods at a mass ratio of 1 to 15:8 to 10 using a spraying apparatus with a profiled nozzle and then hardening and moulded using a machine for manufacturing filtering rods to produce said filtering rods from a PLA bundle with low resistance to draw for reducing the temperature of smoking.EFFECT: due to the combination of an increase in the amount of materials with a variable phase state and filtering rods made of a PLA bundle with low resistance to draw, invention improves the overall taste qualities of a cigarette during smoking and a cigarette with heating without burning due to the triple cooling while simultaneously reducing the temperature of smoking and increasing the comfort of smoking for consumers.9 cl, 1 dwg
