abstract | FIELD: animal or vegetable oils.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the fat and oil industry. A method for separating oil from process flows in production of a bioproduct from grain, including adding a processing additive system to the process flow during production of a bioproduct from grain, wherein the processing additive system includes at least one first nonionic surface-active agent (surfactant) and at least one second nonionic surfactant, wherein the first nonionic surfactant includes sorbitan monooleate POE (20) and the second nonionic surfactant includes alkoxylated triglyceride, and wherein the processing additive system includes the first nonionic surfactant in an amount of at least 3% relative to the total mass of the processing additive system and the second nonionic surfactant in an amount of at least 3% relative to the total mass of the processing additive system, and wherein the mass ratio of the first nonionic surfactant to the second nonionic surfactant is in the range from 1:3 to 3:1.EFFECT: invention provides a possibility of increasing the productivity of the production process, producing a cleaner (high-quality) oil by minimising the amount of suspended solid particles, the content of water and other impurities in the finished oil product.13 cl, 1 dwg, 8 tbl, 8 ex |
