abstract FIELD: radiochemical analysis. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radiochemical analysis, namely to a method for monitoring the content of iodine radionuclides in the coolant of water-cooled nuclear power plants. When implementing the method, the coolant sample is corrected with reagents, then iodine is converted into molecular form, followed by the transfer of molecular iodine from the aqueous phase to the gas phase by bubbling and passed through a porous membrane adsorbent impregnated with silver.
