titleOfInvention | Method for reducing water content of wells and eliminating intra-and inter-layer water flows |
abstract | FIELD: oil industry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of elastomeric materials, in particular to the field of elastomeric materials used in oil production to isolate formations and reduce waterlogging of oil and gas condensate wells. Proposed id the method in which a tampon mixture containing a finely dispersed water-swelling rubber fraction is injected into the reservoir under pressure. After pumping the tampon mixture, the well is closed to wait for the swelling of the water-swelling fraction, the time of which is from 24 to 48 hours. At the same time, the grinding size of the applied fraction particles is 60-70% of the average size of the crack in the formation for tamponing. A finely dispersed water-swelling rubber fraction obtained from a rubber mixture based on hydrogenated butadiene–nitrile rubber (HBNR) containing polymer alcohol(s) in the amount of 10.00-30.00 pts. wt. per 100 pts. wt. HBNR and a spatially crosslinked polycondensation copolymer(s) of polyatomic alcohol(s) and acrylic acid in the amount of 25.00–100.00 wt. is used as a tamponing agent .h. per 100 pts. wt. HBNR, as well as a vulcanizing system and technological additives. At the same time diesel fuel is used as a transporting fluid in the tampon mixture. n EFFECT: increase in the degree of swelling of the finely dispersed water-swelling rubber fraction in highly mineralized media while preserving the swelling properties in conditions of small mineralization and in low mineralized media, increasing resistance to the action of petroleum products and increasing the efficiency of eliminating intra- and inter-layer water flows, reducing the water content of wells. n 5 cl, 4 dwg, 4 tbl |
