FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: expressing cassette is proposed containing an isolated nucleic acid molecule containing or consisting of a nucleic acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 functionally connected to at least a nucleic acid sequence encoding a gene, where the specified isolated nucleic acid molecule is effective for directing the gene expression in a rod photoreceptor cell. A vector containing the specified expressing cassette is proposed.
