Determine the distance of suspension to the operation, for which measure the minimum distance in millimeters from the edge of the upper eyelid to the lower border of the eyebrow along the midline with calmly closed eyes and the absence of lagophthalmos. The resulting value is taken as the suspension distance while tensioning the suspension material intraoperatively.EFFECT: method allows using a suspension material of such length, which is necessary for a particular patient, which reduces the risk of postoperative complications in the form of lagophthalmos, hypo- or hypereffect.1 cl, 2 ex, 4 dwg
