titleOfInvention Ophthalmological microsurgical instrument
abstract FIELD: medical equipment.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology and can be used in the surgical treatment of primary open-angle glaucoma, as well as refractory glaucoma in the developed and far-advanced stage. The ophthalmic microsurgical instrument consists of round-shaped branches with curved grips and a spring. From the outer end of the grips from the inner side to the entire height of the grips, a recess is made parallel to the working surface with a gradual increase in the length of the recess from the front surface of the tool to its rear surface in such a way that the ratio of the length of the recess along the edge on the front surface of the tool to the length of the recess along the edge on the back surface is 1:2, while the length of the recess in the central part of the working surface of the grip refers to the length of the sponge as 1:5.EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to ensure the effectiveness of the operation, reduce the risks of intra-and postoperative complications, as well as increase the convenience of the surgeon's work.1 cl, 1 dwg
