abstract FIELD: organic chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of organic chemistry, in particular to a method for producing N-hydroxy morpholine, which is used as a semi-product in organic synthesis, for example in the synthesis of drugs. The method consists in the oxidation of morpholine using hydroperite as an oxidizing agent, with a molar ratio of morpholine : hydroperite from 1:1.75 to 1:2.25 in the temperature range of 40-50°C in a polar solvent environment, in the presence of a means capable of steadily binding water, such as potassium carbonate or zeolite.EFFECT: new method has been developed for the production of N-hydroxy morpholine by oxidation of morpholine with hydroperite, characterized by fewer stages of the production process, less liquid waste, not using electrophilic catalysts in the oxidation process and obtaining a target compound that does not require additional purification.2 cl, 4 tbl, 3 ex
