FIELD: biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a molecule of artificial nucleic acid for the expression of a protein or peptide in vitro, including at least one open reading frame and at least one element of 3'-untranslated region (hereinafter – UTR), wherein at least one element of 3'-UTR extends and/or increases the protein production of the specified molecule of artificial nucleic acid and comes from stable mRNA, in which at least one element of 3'-UTR contains or consists of a nucleic acid sequence, which comes from 3'-UTR transcript – GNAS. The invention also relates to a vector and a cell for providing transcription of a nucleic acid molecule, a method for the production of a protein or peptide synthesized with an artificial molecule of nucleic acid, and the use of the element of 3'-UTR and/or the element of 5'-UTR for the production of a protein or peptide in vitro due to an increase and/or extension of its production by the molecule of artificial nucleic acid or the vector.EFFECT: technical result is obtaining molecules of new artificial nucleic acids.19 cl, 9 ex, 30 dwg, 10 tbl |
