abstract | FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: method for producing fertilizer granulate is characterized in that a suspension is produced of at least one phosphorus-containing secondary raw material and at least one mineral acid, in the suspension, hardly soluble phosphates of at least one phosphorus-containing secondary raw material are at least partially dissolved and/or at least partially converted into phosphate phase that is water-soluble and/or soluble in neutral ammonium citrate, and this suspension is then fed to granulation, while fertilizer granulate is formed, and P2O5contained in fertilizer granulate is more than 75% soluble in neutral ammonium citrate. In fertilizer granulate obtained by this method, fertilizer granules have spherical shape coefficient of more than or equal to 0.85 with granule size distribution in the area from 1 mm (d05) to 10 mm (d95) and P2O5content of more than 8%, while contained P2O5is more than 75% soluble in neutral ammonium citrate.EFFECT: inventions allow effectively recycling phosphorus into secondary raw materials.16 cl, 2 ex |
