titleOfInvention | Method for chemical coating of nickel-copper-phosphorus alloy |
abstract | FIELD: mechanical engineering; instrument engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical application of metal coatings with nickel-based alloys and can be used in machine and instrument engineering. The method for chemical coating of nickel-copper-phosphorus alloy on the surface of products includes exposure of products in an aqueous solution containing components at the following ratio, mol/l: nickel salt 0.075-0.125, copper salt 0.0008-0.0020, sodium hypophosphite 0.28-0.40, aminoacetic acid 0.10-0.40, dicarboxylic acid 0.20-0.40, lead salt (0.6-1.2)⋅10-5. In this case, the coating is applied at a temperature of 65-89°C and a loading density of 1-30 dm2/l in a solution with a pH of 5.2-6.1. The coating is applied to the surface of products made of steel, copper and its alloys, aluminum and its alloys, plastics or fibrous, powdery and fabric structures made of natural or synthetic materials.EFFECT: invention provides a reduction in energy consumption for the formation of the coating by reducing the processing temperature, expanding the list of materials available for chemical nickel plating, stabilizing the pH of the solution, the composition and properties of coatings with prolonged use and increasing the microhardness of coatings to the level of solid chrome coatings.4 cl, 1 tbl, 7 ex |
