abstract | FIELD: nuclear technology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mass transfer processes for conditioning solutions from the radiochemical reprocessing of spent nuclear fuel, in particular, solutions containing nitric acid salts of uranium, plutonium and neptunium. The present invention relates to an evaporation apparatus including a removed heating chamber with an electric heater, a separator with a liquid trap and a vapour discharge branch pipe, connected via an upper circulation pipe with the heating chamber, a lower circulation pipe connecting the heating chamber with the separator and equipped with a fitting for introduction of the evaporated solution and a drainage fitting. An additional separator is installed between the heating chamber and the upper circulation pipe, connected with the main separator by means of an overflow pipe located parallel to the upper circulation pipe. The diameter of the additional separator and the overflow pipe is greater than the diameter of the upper circulation pipe. The additional separator is equipped with a liquid trap, the main separator is equipped with a fitting for removal of the evaporated solution or organic phase from the solution mirror, and the drainage fitting is only used to empty the apparatus.EFFECT: technical result is prevention of droplet entrainment of the nuclear material with the exhaust vapour and removal of the accumulated organic phase from the evaporation apparatus.1 cl, 10 ex, 1 tbl, 1 dwg |
