abstract | FIELD: radiochemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radiochemical technology and can be used in production of uranium-plutonium fuel compositions for returning actinides to production, for deactivation of radiochemical equipment and materials, and for extraction of actinoids from solid radioactive waste. A composition saturated with nitric acid, consisting of a solvent, a complexing agent, and an activator is proposed to be used in the invention. Use of, e.g., freon as a solvent, trialkylphosphine oxide compounds as a complexing agent, and Ce(IV) salts as an activator are proposed. n EFFECT: invention allows for substantial reduction in the volume of liquid waste from the corresponding manufacturing facilities. n 3 cl |
