titleOfInvention Nuclear power plant with ceramic fast neutron reactor
abstract FIELD: nuclear power plant.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a nuclear power plant. A nuclear power plant with a ceramic fast neutron reactor includes a nuclear reactor with fuel, fuel elements with casings, heat exchangers, pumps for circulating the coolant through heat exchangers with pipelines of the first, second and third circuits, and a generator. The reactor vessel, fuel element casings, internals, primary circuit pipelines, hot part of the secondary circuit pipelines, lithium-argon heat exchanger are made of inhibited composite ceramic material based on C-SiC or inhibited ceramic material based on SiC-SiC, argon-water heat exchanger is made of metal. Lithium (Li7) is used as a liquid heat carrier in the first loop, argon is used as a heat carrier in the second loop; uranium nitride or a mixture of uranium nitride with nitride and plutonium oxide in the form of tablets with a diameter of 10 to 40 mm and a height of 5 up to 100 mm.EFFECT: comprehensive provision of safety enhancement in the event of a beyond design basis accident at a reactor, creation of a closed fuel cycle, an increase in the fuel reproduction ratio, a decrease in the specific metal consumption of a nuclear power plant, an increase in the nuclear power plant's operating life, an increase in the efficiency of a nuclear power plant, as well as the optimal choice of materials and structures of components and assemblies of a nuclear power plant.1 cl, 1 dwg, 8 tbl
