abstract | FIELD: industrial medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to occupational hygiene. To predict the risk of developing diseases that are the causes of medical contraindications to working with harmful factors of metallurgical production, buccal epithelial cells are taken, the drug is fixed and colored according to Romanowsky-Giemsa. The number of cells with micronuclei and cells with such nuclear disorders as the phenomenon of "broken egg", karyopycnosis, karyorexis, binuclear cells, amitosis, cells with nuclear membrane lysis is counted. The integral index of proliferation, the apoptic index and the coefficient of frequency of cellular anomalies (CFCA) are determined. With the values of the CFCA from 0.81 to 1.07 relative units, a low risk is predicted. At values of the CFCA from 0.65 to 0.8 relative units or from 1.071 to 1.28 relative units, the average risk is predicted. If the values of the CFCA are less than 0.65 relative units or more than 1.28 relative units, a high risk is predicted.EFFECT: method is safe, non-invasive, accessible, increases the accuracy of the forecast due to the integral quantitative expression of the balance of the processes of proliferation and apoptosis, allows you to select groups of people for timely preventive measures.1 cl, 1 tbl, 9 ex |
