titleOfInvention | Combined hybrid prosthesis with seamless connections for prosthetics of the thoracic aorta and branches thereof (variants) and method for implantation thereof (variants) |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, medical equipment, namely to cardiovascular surgery. The combined hybrid prosthesis of the thoracic aorta consists of a self-opening stent-graft of the descending thoracic aorta, a woven corrugated prosthesis of the aortic arch with a perfusion branch connected therewith and at least one self-opening brachiocephalic stent-graft installed in the area of the prosthetic arch. The stent graft of the descending thoracic aorta is therein seamlessly connected with the corrugated prosthesis of the aortic arch containing at least one branch seamlessly connected with the brachiocephalic stent-graft. Each seamlessly connected element of the combined hybrid prosthesis comprises a cylindrical mesh segment-stent fixed in the connection area, made of nitinol, the walls of each connecting segment-stent are made with ridges and recesses, horizontal relative to the central axis of the connecting segment-stent. The second variant of the combined hybrid prosthesis of the thoracic aorta consists of a self-opening stent-graft of the descending thoracic aorta, a woven corrugated prosthesis of the aortic arch with a perfusion branch connected therewith, and at least two self-opening brachiocephalic stent grafts installed in the area of the prosthetic arch. The stent-graft of the descending thoracic aorta is therein seamlessly connected with the corrugated prosthesis of the aortic arch containing at least two branches seamlessly connected with the brachiocephalic stent-grafts. One of the branches includes a sewn stent-free corrugated tubular segment constituting the proximal part. Each seamlessly connected element of the combined hybrid prosthesis comprises a cylindrical mesh segment-stent in the connection area, made of nitinol, the walls of each connecting segment-stent are made with ridges and recesses, horizontal relative to the central axis of the connecting segment-stent. The methods are implemented by implantation of the claimed variants of prostheses. n EFFECT: provides a possibility of facilitating the performance of intraoperative manipulations for the surgeon, reducing the duration of the operation, and ensuring tight connection of the prosthesis. n 26 cl, 23 dwg |
