titleOfInvention | Method for immunological monitoring of animals |
abstract | FIELD: veterinary medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of veterinary immunology and is intended for the diagnosis of a decrease in the immunological reactivity of an animal organism by a biological test. As a biological test, an enzymatic test is used to detect differences in the functional activity of lymphocytes and prepare reacting mixtures. Next, blood is taken from the ear vein of experiment and control animals for the preparation of a smear and a smear is prepared on a slide. The smear is fixed for 30 minutes in acetone-trilon B and then washed with running water. The activity of enzymes is recorded for 4 hours for succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) and 24 hours for a-glycerophosphate dehydrogenase (a-GPDG) after the preparation of the smear. Under a light microscope, enzyme granules are counted in 50 lymphocytes on two smears, for a-GPDG and for SDH. With the activity of a-GPDG and SDH, up to 3 granules in the lymphocyte of animals are referred to the group with reduced immunological reactivity. n EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the reliability of a laboratory study by conducting a biological test and makes it possible to form a group of animals with a high risk of reducing immunological reactivity. n 1 cl, 2 dwg, 2 ex |
