abstract FIELD: ophthalmology. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Three-port chromovitrectomy is performed using Triamcinolone acetonide dye. The internal limiting membrane (ILM) is stained with membrane blue dye 0.15%, the intact ILM is kept around the macular rupture. Moreover, the preservation of the intact ILM around the macular rupture is carried out as follows: with the help of endovitreal forceps, the ILM is captured and two identical flaps are formed, each in the form of a crescent 6-8 mm long and the size of a wide part of 2-3 mm, symmetric about the axis passing through the center of the fovea, alternately grab the flaps and lead them along an imaginary line in the shape of a crescent, not reaching 1.0 mm to the edge of the macular rupture. One of the flaps is captured 2 mm from the inferior temporal arcade, and the other - 2 mm from the superior temporal arcade, the operation ends with the removal of the ports. n EFFECT: invention allows eliminating retinal traction, reducing the trauma of surgical intervention, preserving the anatomical profile of the fovea zone, reducing the rehabilitation period and improving the quality of patients' vision by preserving the foveal ILM. n 1 cl, 1 dwg, 2 ex
