abstract | FILD: immunology, medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the methods for molecular diagnostic and can be used in immunology and medicine for accessing immune status by PCR. Present invention is multiparametric diagnostic test system aimed at quantitative determination of the levels of mRNA of human interferons I, II and III types in a biological sample.
