abstract FILD: immunology, medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the methods for molecular diagnostic and can be used in immunology and medicine for accessing immune status by PCR. Present invention is multiparametric diagnostic test system aimed at quantitative determination of the levels of mRNA of human interferons I, II and III types in a biological sample. In particular, the system consists of two samples-A and B, in each of which several reactions take place simultaneously: in sample A-determination of the expression levels of IFN-α, IFN-β and IFN – γ of a person, in sample B-simultaneous determination of the expression of four subtypes of IFN-λ of a person. n EFFECT: proposed system allows differentially determining three subtypes (1, 2/3 and 4, respectively) of IFN-λ, as well as determining the expression of any of the 14 existing subtypes of IFN-α (without determination into subtypes). n 4 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tbl, 4 ex
