| abstract | FIELD: surgical gynecology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical gynecology. The method is performed laparoscopically. The distal end of the Foley catheter is excised and inserted before performing myomectomy, filling with 10 ml of saline, and removed after suturing the metra. When fibroids are isolated and myometrium is severely bleeding, the catheter balloon is additionally filled with 10 ml of saline and removed after the metra is sutured.
