titleOfInvention Method for determining isoantigenic load in "mother-fetus-newborn" functional system
abstract FIELD: veterinary immunology. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary immunology. A method for determining the isoantigenic load in the "mother-fetus-newborn" functional system is proposed. The method includes taking blood from the jugular vein after giving birth to a sow and from umbilical cord blood from a newborn pig, obtaining the first test sample (pig's blood serum + sow's blood) and the second test sample (sow's blood serum + pig's blood), as well as control samples. After that, experimental and control samples are placed on a tripod and analyzed for qualitative changes. To determine the isoantigenic load in the "mother-fetus-newborn" functional system, the isoantigenic load coefficient is calculated in the "mother-fetus-newborn" functional system. If the value of the coefficient is not more than 29, the newborn animal is considered without antigenic isoimmunization, and with an increase of 43 - with a violation of the fetoplacental complex. n EFFECT: invention provides increased reliability of laboratory research and the formation of a group of animals with a high risk of developing immunological tolerance. n 1 cl, 1 tbl, 3 ex
