titleOfInvention Method for formation of anastomosis between dacryocyst and the nasal cavity in external dacryocystorinostomy
abstract FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology.SUBSTANCE: resection of the bone of the nose sidewall is performed with the formation of a “window” with a diameter of 12 mm. An incision of the nasal mucosa is made with the formation of the outer lip of the nasal mucosa and the inner lip of the nasal mucosa. A longitudinal incision of the inner wall of the dacryocyst is made from the dome to the inlet to the naso-lacrimal canal with the formation of the inner lip of the dacryocyst and the outer lip of the dacryocyst. An amniotic membrane is placed between the inner lip of the dacryocyst and the inner lip of the nasal mucosa. The anastomosis in the form of a tube is formed by suturing the opposite flaps from the wall of the dacryocyst, from the nasal mucosa and the amniotic membrane. The edges of the bone tenderloin are covered by 360° by the anastomosis walls made in the form of a tube.EFFECT: method reduces the number of relapses of dacryocystitis, accelerates the healing time of the surgical wound, and reduces the risk of inflammatory complications.1 cl, 2 ex, 5 dwg
